Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of fine art photography prints and merchandise, all sales are final. Each piece is made-to-order to the highest standards of quality.

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order has been placed and produced, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: All works are custom orders. Production of the purchased work(s) begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after completion of production. Due to our shipping and production timeline, produced & shipped work(s) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  
  
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
  
  
• Shipping Errors: In the rare event of incorrect items received, we will cover return shipping and promptly send the correct product.
